Maggie!

This card has really worked well. I am thrilled to bits with it! I know some of you may think I've gone mad but I LOVE it!!!!! Maggie has come up really well - I love the pearl stickles for her beads! The Gelly Rol pens for her hat and bag just add extra sparkle and the mirror paper reflects that lovely lilac colour.

Spinning Card for my daughters exams!

I'm a bit dissapointed with the photo for this one! It looks much better in real life! My first attempt at a spinning card and I was pleased with the results. The colours are my daughters fav's and I just love the elephant stamp!!

Cute Card Thursday - Floral Fantasy

I made this card for my niece who is just about to start her GCSE's!!! I just love the Gorjuss girl image - it's so versatile! The flowery paper and ribbon are both Papermania and the card is SU! I have used Aubergine ink for the sentiment from SU! and black Stazon ink for the image. I use watercolours to colour the image. A few stars add some sparkle and the flowery clip is my new thing!!

Easter Goodies

I made these little baskets and bags for my kids ( and their friends!) for Easter. I was really pleased with how they turned out!

Sketch and Stash Challenge

I enjoyed this challenge. I love this new stamp from Penny Black - her designs are just so brilliant!!! The colours are soft and go well together. Flowers free with magazine and cards, paper and brad from stash. Mulberry paper was free form a magazine aswell!!!

Easter Card

Easter Card for some friends who we are staying with for the weekend. I really enjoyed making the button embellishments. The bunny is a stamp from Papermania which I have cut out and coloured and then stuck on with a foam pad. Paper is from Dovecraft, egg stamp from papermanis and sentiment from SU!

Saturday Challenge - Stripes

This card is for a male friends 40th (!) It is a simple design but definitely covers the 'stripes' topic in this weeks Saturday Challenge! The Charm is a new thing, I have never used before. Paper is Dovecraft Masculine, numbers from Papermania, brads and ribbon from stash.

I really have a thing for Hedgehogs! I just love my new stamp and really enjoyed making this card. He's soooo cute!!!

Mini Magazine and notelets

I found a plan for the magazine holder on a blog somewhere... so thanks to you! I made matching notletes to fit the rack using co-ordinating paper, card and embellishments. I was really pleased with the result and will do this more often!
